Bring your sweetheart and join us from 12-4 in the Winemaker’s Art Gallery for Port and Chocolate
Tasting. We will feature our Late Bottled Vintage Port, Tortuga Royale, Luana Inu, and Chardonnay del Sol. We are excited to announce we will pair our LBVP with Live-For-More-Fudge made with our port! This locally made fudge will be available for purchase. Fudge and port gift packs at special pricing. Tasting $10 (non-refundable on a bottle of wine).




February 18, 19, & 20th Barrel Tasting 12:00-4:00 p.m.
Join us in the tasting room for two special barrel tastings. Included in your paid Premium, or Reserve tasting you will sample our 2009 Syrah and 2005 Souzao Port! We will be open Saturday through Monday 12-4. Futures will be available at a 30% discount. Regular tasting fees apply.

March 17th, “Corned Beef and Cabernet” - 12-4 p.m.
Join us in the tasting room between 12:00-4:00 p.m. to help celebrate St. Patrick’s Day & “All things Irish” as we pair our Cabernet Sauvignon with Corned Beef. This is an annual event. Corned Beef compliments of Cedar Mountain Winery. Tasting fees apply.

March 18th, B.Y.O.B. Fill your own bottle – 12-4
Join us for a special Bottle Your Own event! Earl has created a special “Red Blend” table wine for this event only. Bring your clean 750 ml wine bottle, fill, and cork and label it for only $8.00 per bottle. Use our bottle for $9.00. If you fill 12 bottles we will pay your sales tax!  




March 31st, and April 1st (no fooling!) Barrel Tasting Weekend   
Taste wine right out of the barrel, meet our winemaker, and more. Our winery will host a unique experience during barrel tasting weekend including at least 1 barrel sample for each ticket holder. This is your chance to pre-purchase wine before they have even been bottled (aka "futures")!  We will be sampling our 2009 Syrah paired with Bissinger's Raspberry Creams!  

Ticket Price: $30 advance / $35 day of event (Pre-Sale ends at 2pm Friday 3/30/12).  You can purchase your tickets on www.lvwine.org or at the winery. 

Ticket Includes: a take home glass with the Livermore Valley Wine Country Logo, 2 days of barrel tasting at each participating winery on Saturday & Sunday, special activities and wine discounts, and a Barrel Tasting Weekend map which includes all wineries that are participating in the Barrel Tasting weekend

March 31-April 1st, “Olive Oil Bottling” 12:00 – 4:30  
BYOCEB (bring your own clean empty bottle!) and you can fill it with your choice of olive oil,  
Arbequina, Pendolino, and an Italian Blend.  Pricing to come.

April 7th, Eggstravaganza – RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED!
                            Join us for a "Good Old Fashion Easter-Egg Hunt" compliments of Cedar Mountain Winery.    
                            Bring the kids and their baskets to hunt for eggs at the vineyard. Children (6 and up) 12:15 start
                            time; toddlers (5 & under) hunt 12:30 start time; if needed, a third hunt for overflow will start at 
                            12:45. Feel free to bring a picnic lunch and dine in our picnic area. RESERVATIONS ARE 
                            REQUIRED(to make sure there are enough eggs for all the kids!). Make your reservations on 
                            or before March 29th.

April 15th, “1040 Soup Kitchen” - 12-4 p.m.
Are you tired and fed up with standard deductions & dreading the April 17th midnight hour?
  Join us in the tasting room between 12:00–4:00 for a cup of the famous U.S. Senate Restaurant
 Bean Soup & give something back to our friends at the IRS! This is an annual event compliments
 of Cedar Mountain Winery.

July 19th, Taste of Terrior – 6-9 p.m.
Join Livermore Valley Winemakers and Bay Area Chefs for a
delectable evening of wine and food pairings showcasing the
Valley's bountiful "terroir" (a french word for soil and is 
pronounced "ter-wah"). Winemaker and chef teams work
together prior to the event to create innovative wine and food
 pairings for guests. Cast your vote for People's Choice Award.  
And, in a blind tasting, our Culinary and Media Judges will 
present awards for Most Innovative Pairing, Best Classic Pairing
 and Judges' Best (Awards presented at 8:15pm). Enjoy live music
 on the patio and bid on spectacular silent auction lots. $75 per person in advance. $85 after 7/15/12. This event sells out every year so get your tickets early. Must be 21 to attend. ID Required.
2012 Participating Restaurants, Wineries, and Food & Wine Judges will be announced in May 2012.

July 21, Louisiana Rain Band & Wood Fired Pizzas 6-9 p.m.

September 2nd & 3rd, “Harvest Wine Celebration” 12 - 5 p.m.
31st Annual Harvest Wine Celebration showcases historic Livermore Valley Wine Country during the peak of Harvest Season! With over 40 wineries sharing their wines, hospitality and offering a unique experience, it makes for a memorable weekend for wine enthusiasts and friends. In celebration of the Harvest, the wineries are open on Sunday & Monday of Labor Day Weekend to ticket holders only.

On Sunday, complimentary shuttle buses take guests to over 40 wineries, where guests will enjoy: wine tasting, music, food and art vendors, wine discounts, and more. Guests can also choose to drive themselves.

On Monday, guests can enjoy a more intimate day at the wineries as each winery will offer wine tasting and unique activities like winemaker discussions, bottle your own wines, barrel tastings, and more. There are no complimentary shuttles on Monday.

Ticket Information:

2 Day Ticket - $55 adv/$65 day of event

Sunday Ticket - $45 adv/$50 day of event

Monday Ticket - $40 adv/$45 day of event

Designated Driver - $10

(all guests need a ticket to enter the wineries on Sunday & Monday)

Ticket includes: Entrance into the wineries, complimentary wine tasting at over 40 wineries, shuttle bus service (Sunday), special activities (Monday), wine discounts, commemorative wine glass, program, and parking. 

This is a ticketed event and everyone needs a ticket to enter the wineries on Sunday and Monday of Labor Day Weekend. Ticket sale proceeds benefit the Livermore Valley Winegrowers Association, a non-profit organizations which supports the wineries and growers in the Livermore Valley American Viticultural Area. We appreciate your support.

Cedar Mountain Winery would like to thank all of our U.S. Veterans, for all who have served, and those who are serving. Thank you for your sacrifice and service to keep our great country safe. Thank you for protecting our freedom. We would love to treat all Veterans that come out to the winery this weekend by treating you to a wine tasting flight! This is just a small way we can show our appreciation to you.

December 1st and 2nd, Holiday in the Vineyards - 12-5 p.m.
Join us in the tasting room from 12-5 Saturday and Sunday for a weekend of Holiday Cheer. Come warm up with complimentary Hot Mulled Wine. Guests are encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy to benefit the "Toys for Tots Foundation" We look forward to sharing the Holiday Season with you. More details coming.
